We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Financial Analyst who will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, profit and loss statement review, variance analysis, and extensive ad hoc reporting. Additional responsibilities may include:
Responsible for financial analysis and reporting.
Manages month-end reporting and analysis for several key company initiatives.
Performs analysis of financial results compared to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Partners with National Sales and Branch Operations to ensure business drivers, opportunities and risks are reflected in budgets and forecasts.
Provides financial support to National Sales and Branch Operations for strategic business decisions and cost savings initiatives.
Manages performance improvement measures including monitoring and evaluating success factors and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Increases productivity through process automation, eliminating duplications and coordinating information requirements.
Provides information to management by collecting and summarizing data; managing data; developing ad hoc reports; and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or a related discipline.

One (1) to three (3) years of experience interacting with end-users in a related role
Solid analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and business partnering skills
Strong understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring
Ability to summarize financial results as well as explain the meaning and implication
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility
Strong time-management and reprioritization skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word MS Outlook, and financial modeling; experience with SAP and Oracle Hyperion Planning is preferred
