Senior Account Manager – Fire Solutions (Mainland Europe)

For our Honeywell Integrated Security organization , we are currently looking for an Account Manager who would be based in the Netherlands. The person will have an easy access to the Dutch, German and French markets and within 30 mins of a major airport for easy flights to the growing eastern Europe regions. This role is key to the overall business development and AOP for 2019/20.

You will be working alongside the sales leader to develop the mainland Europe region and the Key accounts that currently exist. Key will be ensuring that double digit growth will be achieved in 2019 for this region.

Primary Objectives

  • Develop and grow our largest multi-layered key customer within mainland Europe.

Responsibilities of the job

  • Reporting to the Sales leader identify with the various country leaders opportunities and facilitate their sale through Security and Comfort channel
  • Develop pricing strategy for retail and packaging that holds with our clients requirements for product evolution
  • Develop accurate Forecasting of volumes for production and for business reports
  • Meet sales targets set annually quarterly
  • Develop you own MOS and publish
  • Develop relationships at senior level with the client base and influence clients Global marketing teams to establish business beyond 2020

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5 years’ experience of commercial or residential fire solutions in an external sales role
  • Above average skills and experience in dealing with multi layered large business development
  • Excellent negotiation & soft skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be analytical and structured whilst staying entrepreneurial and flexible
  • Fluency in German , Dutch and English
  • Knowledge and workings of CRM systems
