Job Description :

As the ODP Existing Accounts Sales Rep, you will perform outbound and inbound communication to Oracle Customers to sell additional solutions

The ODP Existing Accounts Sales Rep is comprised of the following activities:

  • Act as an Account Manager to existing Oracle customers focusing on Renewal, Expansion and Upsell opportunities – Customer Advocacy is key for us!

  • Manage an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Oracle solution capabilities and services

  • Strive to improve overall customer satisfaction & repeat business in assigned customer accounts

  • Manage large, complex and challenging Oracle customers

  • Liaise with Oracle Consulting, Sales Consulting, Alliance & Channel, Customer Success, Oracle Partners and Support organizations to resolve issues for customers.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven experience in selling Cloud Applications

  • Displays superior customer orientation skills

  • Excellent Account Management skills – you build effective relationships and understand your customer and their Industry

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal business communication skills

  • Experience in forecasting deals and running complex sales cycles

  • Engages with internal/external clients, team members, and Management in a considered and highly professional manner

  • Experience in delivering against Sales Targets

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Robust presentation skills and negotiation skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for selling Oracle

  • s enterprise application software and related services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in a defined territory.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to and maintain relationship with existing accounts. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, planning and post closure customer support. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

5-8 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle

  • s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
