This is a temporary part time position (approximately 15-18 hours per week)No relocation or housing assistance can be provided for this position to learn more about how EXOS and The Trust are upgrading lives.We know that athletes' careers evolve and their goals change, but the one constant is the demand for staying at the top of their game, and pushing it to new levels. That's why we develop personalized game plans for athletes around the world at any point in their career. We've helped individuals and teams in just about every sport on the elite level as well as college, youth, and high school. Wherever athletes are preparing to compete, EXOS specialists are helping them get there - from club team tryouts and high school championships to renowned events like NFL combine, the Olympics, and the World Cup.ResponsibilitiesThis is a Performance Specialist position with the EXOS Works division of the company, which focuses primarily on the delivery and implementation of programming to individuals in a corporate environment. While the majority of the Performance Specialist's job will have a strong emphasis on coaching and program delivery, other job requirements may include:Instructing, motivating, and assisting clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goalsConducting on-site assessments of clients' health utilizing our proprietary evaluation protocolsUpdating training plans and/or re-evaluating clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomesMaintaining constant communication with clients to ensure goals are being metPartnering with the employer to conduct various client engagement and educational activities and events, such as lunch & learns, information fairs, campus activities, etcPresenting EXOS methodology through EXOS education programsReporting various metrics to operations, such as attendance, engagement, outreach efforts, and activity levelParticipating in program planning and development, as well as design and/or carry out related researchLeading and/or participating in staff education covering all aspects of EXOS methodologyPerform all aspects of position held in a professional mannerFollow established policies and procedures of the companyMaintain professional credentials as required including attending necessary continuing education coursesSome travel may be requiredOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of two years of personal training/strength coaching experience or completion of EXOS Performance Specialist InternshipBA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degreeCurrently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASMAbility to exercise judgment and discretion in the development of exercise...
