DescriptionJOB TITLE: BI Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GAContract: 12+ MonthsJOB DUTIES: You'll create and maintain Tableau dashboards, analyze trends and identify outliers that could signal a problem. Using statistical analyses, like regression, correlation, and variance, you'll uncover the unexpected within the expected patterns in our data. Plus, you'll come up with the best ways to share the data in dashboards, presentations, and writtenreports---to suit the need and the audience. You'll also help identify potential noncompliance that could be harmful to the organization.Finding anomalies and potential risk that may signal compliance issues.Analyzing data and communicating insights and metrics with key stakeholders.Providing the metrics needed to support top business goals.Creating new business intelligence services and support to address emerging needs.Documenting business requirements and providing reports to management.Provide support of investigations and projects, including but not limited to determining general requirements/ research criteria, identifying the proper data fields and sources, producing system queries with proper criteria, gathering raw data, applying conditions, performing analysis, rationalizing results, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and preparing comprehensive and level appropriate reports.Provide investigation/project assistance by obtaining and analyzing supporting records including customer, company and public records. Summarize findings for Investigators/Management.Participate in Investigative process, as needed, by gathering evidence, summarizing findings, and participating in investigative interviews.Conduct manual or system assisted analysis on Security incidents and investigative results to identify trends, and make recommendations to prevent and better detect fraudulent activity. Performed as requested to provide insight into monthly, quarterly, yearly anomalies and trends.
