Appropriately post all contractual adjustments, retractions, and PLBs and identify process and system posting issues in an effort to maximize reimbursement.Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Three to five years patient accounting healthcare experience and/or accounts receivable experience utilizing automated patient accounting systemsNeed mathematical competency to understand debits, credits, and adjustments. Knowledge of insurance contracts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must. Work requires effective communication skills, oral and written, Ability to work independently and as a team. Ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in health care management or related healthcare field.5 years revenue cycle experience with physician and hospital payment posting experience..
