What we need: A Self-Starter and leader to join our Risk Mitigation Team
About the position:
This leadership role will be responsible for the daily investigation and audit of the multiple processes managed by our Contact Center Operations. This role will lead a small team of investigators to check and ensure all processes delivered align with the FCRA and exceed the expectations of Experian. These audits would include processes, documentation, and tools. This role would be accountable to our Contact Center Operations.
Responsibilities: * Challenge existing processes to develop synergies, ensure alignment, and strengthen compliance and operational controls * Create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to Experian * Perform User Acceptance Testing for the implementation of new or changed systems to ensure controls are designed and operating as intended * Execute risk-based compliance and operational testing * Provide advice and guidance, as required to the assigned functional areas within the business unit * Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders that enable collaboration across Experian’s governance functions * Identify and track issues to remediation to mitigate risk * Coordinate with applicable functional areas within the business to define and implement remediation activities * Assist with change management activities for the business unit * Lead change control activities at the process level to ensure impacts are appropriately assessed, documented, implemented and/or escalated in a timely manner * Monitor, Review and Report on risk activities EOE including Disabilities/Veterans
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience * At least 2 - 5 years of Risk Management Experience preferably in the Financial Industry * At least 3 years of experience working with internal business customers
Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree * At least 3 years of Project Management experience in a highly regulated industry
