Robert Half International Part Time Receptionist in Aliso Viejo, California


OfficeTeam is partnering with an established company in Aliso Viejo that is in need of a part time Receptionist. In this role, the receptionist will serve as the first impression for the company and support multiple departments as needed. The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:

  • Greet visitors

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Maintain the conference room schedule

  • Distributing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Sort files

  • Special projects as assigned from different departments


The Receptionist must possess the following in order to be considered:

  • 1+ years of prior receptionist experience

  • Intermediate abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Professional appearance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Strong work ethic and initiative
