We are looking for an Information Desk Attendant to work 40 hours every two week pay period in our Albert Lea location. This is a part-time, benefit eligible position. If you are interested, please apply and attach a detailed resume.
Greets patients and visitors, assists with escorting patients to/from appointments, provides patients with information/gives directions, assists with coordination of transportation (when needed). Communicates in a polite and professional manner, including in person, electronic, and phone communications.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent customer relations and service skills; accommodating, courteous manner. Ability to push wheelchairs, stand and walk for long periods of time.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $12.70 per hour.
Hours / Pay period
40 hours per two week pay period
Schedule varies between hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. No weekends.
