Embedded Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Design, develop, test, and verify complex electrical, mechanical, and software systems and components, including Software Defined Radio (SDR) modules. Analyze engineering plans and projects to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and analyze technical data to develop design alternatives. Interface with other organizations to communicate design specifications and address design and integration issues. Contribute to the development of new theories and methods.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in software engineering with digital signal processing (DSP)

-2+ years of experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) development

-2+ years of experience with development on a Linux platform

-Experience with building and managing Software Radio components

-Ability to define software requirements and modules for SDR system implementation

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree in Engineering or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Software Communications Architecture (SCA) and SDR frameworks

-Experience with radio frequency (RF) or mixed signal design a plus

-Knowledge of board level digital design using microprocessors, DSPs, or FPGAs preferred

-Knowledge of wireless technologies, SDR development, digital signal processing, and embedded systems preferred
